Yes, all of that that's correct. However the slave IH's are really just
*proxy* servers, forwarding state messages to the master, which holds
the Instance graph. They don't actually host any instances! They do
however 'CRUD' modules in their associated 'local' *module host*.

That's the idea -- but as you've probably gathered, this is one of the
less 'refined' ideas we've been working on.
