[Dev] Module stylesheets

I think we have been working on the assumption that a module
inspector would use a prefab gui when it was available, and when not
it would use a generated version that used a generalized description
of the parameters,etc. An example of this would be in Logic, where
you can either view an editor for a module using their fancy gui or
just as a bunch of sliders with the correct range and parameter names.
