I totally agree with both of you that having an updated document is  
crucial for any further development! My scepticism was towards  
fixating something that has not been tested properly enough yet (at  
least to my knowledge). Moving from what I see as an alpha-version to  
a 1.0 seems a bit early.

Hopefully, Henrik S and Asbjørn can write a summary of their  
implementation experiences. How are the development going at other  
centres?
